What to Include
To help us investigate, please include:
- Your Peek app version
- Your device model and iOS or macOS version
- A short description of what happened and the steps that led to it
- A screenshot, if it does not contain private schedule or task information
Calendars, Reminders, and Photos
Peek needs permission for the Apple data sources you choose to display. Open Apple Settings or System Settings, select Privacy & Security, and confirm that Peek has access to Calendar, Reminders, or Photos as needed. Then confirm the intended calendars and lists are selected inside Peek.
Widgets and Live Activities
On iPhone, confirm that Live Activities, notifications, and Background App Refresh are enabled for Peek. Open Peek after changing sources or settings so the latest selection can be prepared for widgets and Live Activities. System scheduling may delay background updates.
Purchases
Peek for iOS (App Store ID: 6760283607) and Peek for macOS (App Store ID: 6758136586) are separate App Store products with separate Premium purchases. A purchase on one platform does not unlock Premium on the other. If Premium is not recognized on the same platform where you purchased it, use Restore Purchases and make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Billing and refund requests are handled by Apple.
